Returns / Exchanges – Return / Exchange requests are accepted for non-functioning FVV Devices only.

Non-functioning Therap FVV Device Returns/ Exchanges will only be accepted from a purchaser that is currently subscribing to Therap and the Scheduling / EVV Module (SCH-2070 or SCH-2080). This device will not function with other EVV platforms.

Upon receipt of your shipment, test each device by powering up the unit. A One Time Password (OTP) will appear indicating the FVV Device is functioning properly.

Fixed Visit Verification (FVV) Devices are not an acceptable method of EVV data collection in all states. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the eligibility of Fixed Visit Verification (FVV) Devices for EVV data collection in their state and/or jurisdiction.

Return, exchange, and refund requests for FVV devices purchased for use in a state that does not allow this method of data collection will not be granted.

Exchanges

Exchange requests will only be accepted if the purchaser notifies The Therap Store within 48 hours of delivery that a device is not functioning properly. Contact The Therap Store: therapstore@therapservices.net.

After contacting the Therap Store, you will have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you alerted us.

To be eligible for an Exchange:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included.

Return Shipping Costs for FVV Device Exchange Requests

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non­refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your Exchange after inspecting the item.

Exchange / Replacement Item Shipping Costs

If your Exchange is approved, we will initiate the replacement process. The Therap Store will incur the shipping cost of your replacement item(s).

Refunds

Beyond exchanges, refunds will be addressed / granted on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests for FVV devices purchased for use in a state that does not allow this method of data collection will not be granted.

To be considered for a refund, you must first alert The Therap Store within 48 hours of delivery and explain why you are requesting a refund. Your request will be reviewed and a determination of granting a refund will be made.

If a refund is granted, return your FVV Device(s) to The Therap Store.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included.

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non­refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s (or original method of payment) policies.
