Use of the Therap FVV Device requires a subscription to Therap and the Scheduling / EVV Module (SCH-2070 or SCH-2080). This device will not function with other EVV platforms.

Fixed Visit Verification (FVV) Devices allows users to use Fixed Devices to generate One Time Passwords (OTPs) that can be used to Check-In and Check-Out of schedules. Users will be able to use FVV with both the Web and Mobile Applications.
Please note that Fixed Devices for Fixed Visit Verification (FVV) should be physically secured in the location of service delivery. If the service is delivered in the community, the device should be secured at the individual’s home where the service provider begins and ends the service (picking up and dropping off). Fixed Devices are not intended to move with the individual or user, but are configured to be at one specific location to verify that the user was with the individual for the service.
